Below are the few steps on how to write a letter to your pen pal:
1- You can either type out the rough letter on the computer and take a print out of it or you can simply grab a piece of paper and start writing your own letter, whichever best suits you.
2- Read your letter again and check your any mistakes or errors.
3- Correct your errors. Keep a dictionary.
4- Make sure you keep the letter clean and easy to read.
5- Rewrite the letter if you have handwritten it on a piece of paper. If you wrote on the computer you do not need to re-do the whole thing.
6- If you are creative, you'll need stationary like colored pens, stickers, custom embossers, special stamps and etc. Try to make your letter colorful, they are always eye-catching and help develop more interest reading.
7- You are now ready to go. Put your letter into the envelope, you can always add some of your personal photos or photos of the places that you have visited lately with your pen pals. They find it amazing!
8- Do not forget to add your address on the envelope, so that your pen pal can write you back. Nowadays, there are tons of custom embossers available in the market to save time as well as look pretty on.
